John Jacob, “JJ” says he did not seek real estate, but rather real estate found him. After years in aviation he began to question his career after 9-11. He says after that time he learned a valuable lesson, life can change very quickly. He wanted a career with diversity and enrolled into a real estate licensing class. Thirteen years later his decision continues to be affirmed. He began with a small local firm, Joe Knox Properties, in Mooresville. After his first year he was their top producer. Next, he joined Allen Tate and attended their Winner’s Edge training program and graduated MVP and Rookie of the Year. He remained consistently in their top 10% with annual awards of top listing broker and top closed units for the branch office. Now, JJ Morse resides as one of our most desired agents at Carolinas Realty Group.

JJ works with all types of buyers and sellers but has a special talent when working with investors. He has enjoyed great success, closing more than 23 million for investor clients. However, he says it’s more rewarding to work with your everyday buyer and seller.

As a veteran of the United States Air Force, JJ understands what hard work, dedication and loyalty requires. He is a relational Real Estate Broker, which to him means that he is deeply involved in all matters, whether it is discussing the amount of proceeds from a sale or out of pocket costs for a purchase, he considers himself the client’s trusted adviser.

He says his goal is to remove the stress from what can be one of the most stressful decisions many people ever make. He says, “It may sound cliché but making peoples dream home a reality is one of the most rewarding things that I am privileged to be a part of.”

JJ also gives back to his community by giving a $1000 college scholarship away to a Mooresville High School senior, which he has done for the last eight years.
